Cooking method

Cut the beef into small strips, onions in small squares. In a pan, mix vegetable oil, water, salt and ketchup. Spread the meat and simmer. Put meat in pots, then cucumbers, cut into small cubes, straws, salt and pepper on top. Pour water on half the contents, spread mayonnaise and greens on top. Traditional Tatar azu is prepared according to almost one recipe. Mushrooms are a truly Russian addition. Add mushrooms and salt, cover and simmer over low heat for another 20 minutes. Mushrooms should give liquid for the sauce, but if it is not enough, add a little water or broth. Recipe 3: Classic Beef Azu with Tomatoes

The dish is intended for passionate meat-eaters who prefer soft stewed beef with vegetables and heavy fried pork. This is a solid recipe for a large family with traditions, which gathered at the dining table to chat and eat. Or eat and chat - as you like best.

Ingredients: beef (1 kg), ghee (90g.), onions (3 pcs.), tomato puree, pickled cucumbers (300 gr.), potatoes (800 gr.), pepper, bay leaf, garlic, herbs.

Cooking method

Prepare tomato puree - sauté it for several minutes. Salt the meat, pepper, fry and add tomato puree with water. Stew under the lid over low heat. Separately, dry the flour and dilute it with broth from stewing meat. Peel the cucumbers, cut into strips. We pass the onion, sliced ​​in half rings. Fry the potatoes, add to the onion, stand on low heat for another 10 minutes. We combine everything with meat, add pepper, bay leaf and simmer for another 20 minutes. Five minutes before cooking, add chopped tomato slices and chopped garlic. Do not forget to put chopped herbs and sour cream on the table. - The recipe for beef basics for children or those who need diet food can be facilitated - do not fry potatoes, but cook it separately until cooked and add to the dish 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
