As it turned out, subcutaneous fat, which any woman wants to get rid of, can bring real benefits to the body, favorably affecting metabolic processes in the body.

Fat deposits, according to scientists, are a kind of process of growth of adipose tissue. Unlike visceral obesity, which increases the risk of a number of dangerous diseases, such as diabetes.

Until recently, it was unclear why visceral obesity provokes the development of diseases - due to the anatomical features of fat deposits, or because of the specific properties of adipose tissue. Harvard biologists interchanged subcutaneous and visceral fat in laboratory mice. This experiment allowed scientists to understand that not all fat is dangerous to the body.

During the experiment, subcutaneous fat was transplanted to the abdominal organs in mice. The results of the study surprised scientists: rodents observed an active metabolism, as well as a decrease in blood glucose and insulin levels. A similar procedure with a visceral fat transplant did not give a positive effect.

Analyzing the results of the experiment, doctors summarized: subcutaneous fat is useful for humans, since it has a stimulating effect on metabolism, which is explained by the production of special adipokine hormones by the cells of this type of adipose tissue, which can enhance the body's protective functions.

Scientists consider liposuction, which many women resort to, to be a big mistake, because it does not lead to processes leading to harmony, and pumped fat will return again very soon.
