Walnut Cake - General Cooking Principles

Nuts can be added to a variety of cakes based on biscuit, honey, sand cakes. They combine perfectly with puff napoleon and make even a simple dessert from cookies or ordinary gingerbread chic. Nuts go well with condensed milk, sour cream, butter, cream and soft cheeses. Therefore, you can also experiment with creams. The only thing to do is lightly fry the kernels. So they will be much tastier and more aromatic.

Any cake will be tastier if you let it brew. It is better to prepare dessert in advance so that it stands in the refrigerator for at least 10 hours. But a few days before the event, making a cake is also not worth it, since the shelf life of homemade cream baking does not exceed 3 days, and this is subject to the use of only fresh products.

Walnut cake on sour cream

A simple walnut cake recipe for sour cream cakes. Uncomplicated, but very tender and delicious dessert option. Walnuts or peanuts.

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. white flour;

• 1 tbsp. sour cream and sugar;

• 1 tbsp. l baking cultivator;

• 2 tablespoons of cocoa;

• 4 eggs (large can be taken 3);

• a spoonful of oil.

Cream:

• 600 g sour cream;

• 1 tbsp. nuts;

• 1 tbsp. Sahara.

Cooking

1. Turn on the oven to heat up and immediately place the nuts in it, let it dry and lightly fry. Temperature 180. We make sure that they do not burn.

2. While the oven is warming up, knead the dough. Break four eggs. If they are large, then three pieces are enough. Whisk for a minute, then pour sand and whisk for another five minutes. It's time to pour sour cream, then add all the dry ingredients. Stir.

3. Spoon the oil from the inside of the mold. We shift the dough into it.

4. We send the cake to the stove, which should already have warmed up. Bring to readiness.

5. Mix sour cream and sugar. You can take 180 g of powder. For taste, pour a pinch of vanilla, but this is not necessary.

6. Cut dried nuts into pieces so that they are not very large.

7. We take out the cooled cake from the mold, strip into three or two parts, depending on the diameter and height of the cake.

8. We coat all the plates with a sweet mass, on top we also cover the cake with cream, sprinkle with nuts.

Walnut cake with boiled condensed milk and peanuts

A variant of an amazing nut cake with cream of boiled condensed milk. Roasted peanuts are used for sprinkling.

Ingredients

Cream:

• 450 g of boiled condensed milk;

• 350 g of oil;

• 1.5 tbsp. peanuts.

Biscuit:

• five eggs;

• a full glass of sugar;

• a glass with a hill of flour.

For impregnation of 2/3 cup of milk and 4 tablespoons of sugar.

Cooking

1. Turn on the oven, warm to 170 degrees.

2. Beat eggs in a large bowl; in the process, add granulated sugar in parts. Bring the mass to a very lush foam, it should increase at least 2.5 times. The volume of the bowl should allow this.

3. Pour flour into the dough, stir. Cover the bottom of a detachable shape with 23 cm parchment. Lightly grease, also walk along the sides.

4. Transfer the stirred dough, bake the cake. You do not need to get it directly from the oven so that the biscuit does not fall. Cool slightly with the door ajar, then remove and cool completely.

5. Mix boiled milk with sugar.

6. Soften the oil. To make the cream tasty and magnificent, first beat it, then add the boiled condensed milk.

7. We cut the cooked biscuit across, making three thin cakes.

8. Roast peanuts, peel, chop.

9. Soak in milk syrup, grease with cream of boiled condensed milk and then sprinkle with nuts, just a little bit. We leave more peanuts for finishing.

Walnut Cake with Chocolate Cakes

Variant of biscuit in boiling water with a delicious butter cream and walnuts. They need very little for the whole cake, 100 grams is enough. Fry in advance, chop into pieces.

Ingredients

• 2.8 tbsp. flour;

• 2 tbsp. granulated sugar;

• a pair of eggs;

• 4 tablespoons of cocoa;

• 1.5 tsp drinking soda;

• 200 ml whole milk, fat content from 2% and above;

• 75 ml of oil;

• a tablespoon of cultivator.

Cream:

• 480 ml cream;

• 300 g of boiled condensed milk;

• 2 tsp cognac;

• 100 g walnuts.

Cooking

1. Prepare all the products for the test and immediately turn on the oven for 180, let it warm up.

2. Mix eggs and sugar, immediately pour in milk and simply beat everything with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency. Add vegetable oil, stir again.

3. Combine all dry ingredients except soda. Pour into a milk-egg mixture. Knead.

4. Pour a glass of boiling water, pour soda. We do this gently and in a large bowl, as foam will appear. Pour boiling water into the dough, quickly stir.

5. It's time to pour everything into a form, send it to bake. Check for a dry stick. The exact time is difficult to determine, it all depends on the size of the form and the thickness of the resulting cake.

6. Cool the chocolate in boiling water.

7. Pour 80 ml of cream, add boiled condensed milk, knead or just whisk until smooth.

8. The rest of the cream must be whipped in a lush foam. Introduce the prepared condensed milk, add cognac.

9. Cut the chocolate base in half to make two identical plates.

10. Put half the cream with brandy on the bottom, sprinkle lightly with nuts.

Cookies Walnut Cake

Lazy version of a nut cake, for which you can use any cookie of your choice. Sandy, biscuit, but not salty, will do.

Ingredients

• 1 b. condensed milk;

• 600 g of cookies;

• 170 g of oil;

• 40 g of dark chocolate;

• a glass of walnuts;

Cooking

1. Soften the oil and stir with condensed milk.

2. Crush the cookies crumbs, but very finely do not need to be done. Let small pieces remain.

3. Pour half chopped nuts, send to the liver. Combine with the cooked cream, mix.

4. Cover the bowl or any mold with cling film inside.

5. Spread the cooked mass from the cookies, ram.

6. Leave for three hours in the refrigerator.

7. Remove the cake from the mold onto the dish, remove the film.

8. Rub the chocolate, mix with the left nuts. Sprinkle the torus on top and you're done! You can already eat it!

Walnut Meringue Cake

A stunning cake with nuts that tastes like Kiev. The base is prepared from shortcrust pastry. You can use any nuts.

Ingredients

• 2 yolks;

• 70 g of sugar;

• 160 g of flour;

• 3 g of ripper;

• 0.1 kg of oil.

Cream:

• 400 g of condensed milk;

• 180 g of oil.

Meringue: 150 g sugar and 2 protein. Additionally, one glass of chopped, fried nuts.

Cooking

1. Grind butter with flour. Add sugar and a cultivator, season the dough with yolks. Knead, cut in half and put in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.

2. Take out the dough, form identical crusts on parchment, bake until cooked in the oven.

3. Beat whites in foam, gradually add sugar. Continue whipping until steady peaks. Put two cakes, equal in size to the sandy substrates, on oiled parchment. Sprinkle lightly on top with nuts. Dry at 100 degrees until tender, about an hour.

4. Make a regular cream on condensed milk with butter.

5. Smear one sand cake, lay the meringue, also lubricate and repeat.

6. Cover the meringues with cream, lightly coat the cake on the outside. Thickly fill the top with nuts, you can add grated chocolate.

Walnut Cake "Honey"

For this wonderful walnut cake, cakes are cooked with honey. And do not try to replace it with syrup, in this case nothing will work. Walnuts are used and they are added directly to the cakes.

Ingredients

• 0.5 tbsp. honey;

• 1 tsp soda;

• a glass of nuts;

• 2 tablespoons of starch;

• 2/3 of a standard glass of sugar;

• three eggs;

• 1.25 cups flour.

Cream:

• 0.5 l of fat sour cream;

• 2 tablespoons of cognac;

• 0.5 tsp zest;

• 0.5 cans of condensed milk.

Cooking

1. Honey should not be thick. If necessary, a little warm up. Then add sugar, eggs to it, throw a small pinch of salt and beat well with a mixer.

2. Add nuts to the dough. Stir.

3. Pour in flour, add soda (no need to extinguish), starch. The dough is ready!

4. We spread it in a large form, be sure to cover the bottom with parchment and grease the sides.

5. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 160 degrees. Then we cool. We cut into three layers.

6. Combine the products for the preparation of the cream according to the list. Sour cream must certainly be oily and thick. Instead of white condensed milk, you can take boiled milk, it will also be tasty, with it the mass turns out denser.

7. We coat the cooled honey-nut cakes with cream. We decorate the cake at our discretion, you can sprinkle with nuts or cover with grated chocolate, pour glaze.

Walnut Cake - Tips & Tricks

• In order not to fry the nuts separately, they can be dried in the oven before baking the cakes, while the stove is warming up, or after it.

• If there are few nuts, but you want to sprinkle the cake completely, you can grate cookies or crumble cake trimmings and mix with nuts. The coating will be more beautiful.

• To give the cream or impregnation a taste of walnuts, you can simply add a couple of spoons of brandy.

• There are many ways to grind nuts. Someone likes to grind into crumbs, rub or cut with a knife. But you can simply lay it out on a cutting board and roll it with a rolling pin so many times until the size of the pieces starts to suit.

• If you need to "plant" nuts on chocolate icing, then this is done immediately during coating.
