For the cake, cakes are used as a biscuit. It is not necessary to cook them from eggs; cakes can be made on kefir, sour cream or even bought in a store. The choice depends on the availability of products in the refrigerator and the amount of free time. In any case, the cake turns out to be very juicy, as each piece is soaked in cream, placed on top of each other.

What creams can I use:

Sour cream;

Custard;

From condensed milk.

The cake is going to be in the form of a careless slide, it does not need to be smoothed and straightened, the slices should imitate protruding curls. Additionally, they are decorated with melted chocolate. Glaze is watered with curls and careless circles, layering on top of each other.

Cake "Roly curly" on kefir

This is a classic cake recipe, one of the easiest and cheapest options. Kefir for dough can be safely replaced with fermented baked milk or yogurt, margarine can be replaced with oil or cooking oil. It is better not to experiment with the cream and act strictly according to the recipe.

Ingredients

· 2 eggs;

90 grams of margarine;

· 20 grams of cocoa;

· 240 grams of flour;

200 grams of kefir;

180 grams of sugar;

10 grams of cultivator

For cream:

· 700 g sour cream from 25%;

· 120 grams of powder;

A bag of vanilla.

You will also need one dark chocolate bar and 50-60 grams of butter for glaze.

Cooking method

1. Send eggs and sugar to a bowl, shake or beat. If the egg is small, then take one more, that is, three things. Add kefir and melted margarine, continuing to stir. We introduce flour with a cultivator. If desired, add vanillin. Stir thoroughly.

2. Divide the dough into two equal parts and add cocoa powder in one bowl. Mix.

3. On the laid baking sheet, spread the spoon with alternately white and dark dough, so that the cake is multicolored, like a zebra. Bake at 170 for about 25 minutes. It is better to check the readiness with a toothpick (match), as everyone’s ovens are baked differently.

4. Once the cake has cooled, apply a plate or lid from the pan of the desired diameter, which will be the cake. Cut a circle, it will be the basis. We shift to the dish. Tear the rest of the cake into small pieces, it is better not to use the knife.

5. Mix the ingredients of the cream, coat the cut out round base. Wet the remaining pieces, lay on top of it to get a relief "curly" slide, imitating Vanka’s head.

6. Break the dark chocolate into cubes, put in a water bath, send butter to it, which can be replaced with fat sour cream. Melt.

7. Pour the icing into a pastry bag or just into a bag. It is important not to overheat it, so that it does not turn out to be very liquid, and also does not burn your hands.

8. Cut off the tip of the bag, draw a thin stream of the whole cake with rings that mimic Vanka’s curls. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Cake "Roly curly" from chocolate biscuit

This recipe captivates with a small amount of ingredients, since biscuit mainly needs eggs and sugar. Cream for the cake is prepared custard vanilla with butter.

Ingredients

· 6 eggs;

400 g of sugar;

30 g of cocoa;

200 g flour;

· 10 g of ripper;

270 g of oil;

600 ml of milk;

· 2 tablespoons flour in cream;

100 g of chocolate

2 yolks in cream.

Cooking method

1. Melt 70 grams of oil, let it stand and cool. Separate the yolks from six eggs, beat with 150 grams of sugar. Separately, whisk the whites and 50 grams of sugar to foam. Combine the flour with the yolks, add cocoa, a cultivator and finally add the proteins. When stirring, pour melted, but not hot oil.

2. Pour biscuit dough onto a wide baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees. Since the cake is not thick in time, it will take about 15 minutes.

3. Mix the remaining sugar with yolks and flour, add milk, send to the stove. Brew cream, add a spoonful of butter at the end. As soon as the first bubbles appear, remove from heat.

4. Cool the custard, introduce the softened butter, beat everything together, vanilla as desired.

5. Cut the base for the cake from the cooled biscuit, grease, moisten the remaining pieces in custard, lay on top. Spread the whole cake with the rest.

6. Melt the chocolate, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of butter. Decorate Vanka with painted curls.

Cake "Roly curly" from ready-made cakes

Cooking a cake will not take much time if you make Vanka from ready-made biscuit cakes. They are not so tasty, but this moment is compensated by an amazing cream with boiled condensed milk and sour cream.

Ingredients

· 1 pack (3 pieces) of biscuit cakes;

· 500 g of boiled condensed milk;

150 g of sour cream;

200 g of oil;

· Chocolate bar.

Cooking method

1. Best to start with a cream. We leave a little oil, about 30 grams, on the glaze, whisk the rest with a mixer, add sour cream in parts, and then boiled condensed milk.

2. One cake will be the basis. If its diameter is larger than necessary, then immediately cut off on a plate on which Vanka will be located. We lay, coat with a layer of cooked cream.

3. Next, follow the classical scheme: break the remaining cakes into pieces, coat each with cream, and stack. Dipping into the mass will not work, as the cream is quite thick.

4. Once the whole cake has gathered, put the melting chocolate glaze and a small amount of butter to melt. With a thin stream we draw curls on the cake, remove it soak in the refrigerator. Better hold the night.

The dough for such a cake is prepared on sour cream, like cream. A fairly simple recipe. For the test, you can take sour cream 15-20%. But in a cream it is better to use a fatty product of about 30%, then nothing will flow and everything will work out.

Ingredients

· 400 g sour cream in the dough;

· 800 g sour cream for cream;

300 g of sugar;

· 3 eggs;

5 tablespoons of cocoa;

100 g of chocolate

12 g of soda (1 tsp. With a tubercle);

· 3 tbsp. flour.

Cooking method

1. Prepare the dough, as for a regular sour cream. Beat eggs and half of the recipe sugar until foam, add sour cream, add flour and slaked soda. Knead, divide in half, add cocoa in one part. Pour into different forms, bake at 180 until cooked.

2. For the cream, combine the remaining sugar and sour cream. Vanilla to taste.

A glass of nuts;
