Such rolls are perfect for a snack. And you can take them with you to the nature instead of the usual sandwiches. Having found such rolls in a lunch box, a schoolchild will be pleasantly surprised and will gladly eat the entire portion for lunch. How to cook this wonderful snack.

Cooking time - 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Bread

  • Sausage

  • Cheese

  • Egg

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Vegetable oil

For appetizer, any white bread is suitable - a brick or a loaf. Cut the bread into slices and cut the crust.

Now the most interesting thing is we roll out each piece of bread with a rolling pin. It becomes flat and increases in size. As the practice has shown, from the stale bread “cakes” turn out better - they are more elastic and do not crumble. And the best "bread pita" is obtained from bread for toast.

On each piece of bread we put a plate of cheese, a piece of sausage. Cheese is an essential ingredient, but take sausage or meat, or sausages, or maybe put vegetables - here you have the right to choose.

Twist the bread with a roll.

Beat eggs with a little salt.

Dip the rolls in the egg.

Bread in crackers (you can do without them, but tastes better with them) and put in a pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry an appetizer on each side for 2-3 minutes to make it brown. A hot appetizer is especially good as the cheese in it has melted! But cold, it will be delicious.
