Champagne is an aperitif. It is customary to serve before the meal or at the very beginning. Sparkling wine is not consumed on a full stomach. Also, it is not bitten with bitter chocolate, as many people are used to doing. But you can serve sweets with fruit and berry fillings, caramel, fondant inside.

What else is champagne combined with:

  • Cheese. You can have a whole plate with different types. It is believed that rich cheeses are served with sweet champagne. Simple varieties (Camembert, Brie) are suitable for dry wine.
  • Fruits. For champagne, you can serve sliced ​​kiwi, pineapple, peaches, soft pears, bananas. Strawberry allowed. Hard fruits do not serve.
  • Meat. It is customary to serve it with pink champagne, but it also goes well with white sparkling wines.

  • 100 g of cheese;
  • 100 g of tomato;
  • 4 branches of dill;
  • 1 pinch of allspice;
  • some mayonnaise.

Cooking method

  1. Cut the washed tomato into four parts and take out all the seeds. The meaty parts are cut into small cubes with a sharp knife. We chop dill, add.
  2. Finely grate cheese, add, add a little mayonnaise and pepper, stir.
  3. We lay out a teaspoon of appetizer in a small tartlet or on chips. Serve for champagne.

  • 2 branches of basil;

  1. Dice the cheese, the size of one olive. Cut the pineapple into approximately the same slices. The olives are removed from the brine.

Champagne snacks should not be much. They are not needed for saturation. It makes more sense to emphasize variety and sophisticated design.
