Cheese lovers simply can not pass by this simple and satisfying dish. Taste of cheese salad with crackers can surprise anyone with its versatility and harmony. Cooking this salad with cheese is on the shoulder even for a beginner in cooking, because a detailed recipe and step-by-step photos will not allow you to get confused, even if you first decided to cook something. The dish turns out tasty and delicious, despite its simplicity and affordability.

  • White bread or long loaf - 100 g
  • Refined deodorized vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • Cheese hard or semi-solid varieties (Russian, Dutch, Swiss) - 300 g
  • Garlic - 2 small cloves
  • Pickled or pickled cucumbers - 3-4 pcs.
  • Table chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise (sour cream or natural yogurt) - 1.5-2 tbsp. l

Recipe for making salad with cheese (with photo)

Chicken eggs pour cold water, add a pinch of salt and put to boil. To boil hard boiled eggs, about 7 minutes should pass from the moment of boiling. Then remove from heat, drain boiling water and pour eggs with ice water. Cool and peel, then cut into small cubes.

In the meantime, the eggs are boiled and cooled, you can do other ingredients of the salad, for example, the preparation of crackers. To save time, you can use ready-made store crackers, but with homemade croutons, the salad is much tastier. In order to cook the crackers you need to take a loaf or white bread and cut it into cubes. It is advisable to take yesterday's loaf, as it crumbles less when chopped.

Next, according to the recipe of salad with cheese, peel 1 clove of garlic and cut it into plates, as shown in the photo.

Finely chop the remaining clove and then add to the rest of the salad ingredients.

Heat oil and brown garlic on it. When the garlic gives all its flavor to the butter, remove it and put the dough into the pan. Fry loaf until golden brown. Crackers are ready.

Next, you need to grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cheese will suit almost anyone except Parmesan and similar varieties, as this cheese will be too hard and dry for our salad.

Pickled or pickled cucumbers cut into cubes. You can experiment and try adding fresh cucumbers, but then the salad will be fresher and less piquant.

Then combine all the ingredients of the salad, except crackers, in one large capacity and add mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper if desired. Mix well. Immediately add crackers is not recommended, as they can soak from the dressing and lose their attractive taste.
