One of the founding fathers of the actively walking around the world "ice" flash mob, Cory Griffin, 27, drowned in the Atlantic Ocean. Diving into the water from a high-rise building, the young man could not swim. Griffin's body was discovered by rescuers.

Corey co-founded the Ice Bucket Challenge flash mob. He was actively involved in its conduct.

It must be said that such a tragic death during a charity event is not the first. A young Scotsman, who had poured a bucket of cold water on his head and who had fallen off a cliff, could not resist, was recently killed.
