Ingredients

• 500 grams of pork;

• 150 grams of processed cheese;

• 2 tablespoons sour cream;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• hard cheese 150 g;

• 200 grams of champignons;

• 1 onion;

Cooking

1. We cut the pork into 1.5 cm slices. We put it on a cutting board and beat off, but not on the side of the hammer that has the cloves. Use the opposite, flat side.

4. Shred the mushrooms with the plates and lightly fry them in a pan, add the onion and cook until it is transparent, put the sour cream on the end and turn it off.

5. Cool the mushrooms, add garlic, chopped herbs and grated processed cheese to them.

6. We lay out the beaten pork on a greased baking sheet, and on top on each slice we put the mushroom filling with cream cheese.

7. Three large hard cheese, sprinkle with mushroom filling on top.

Recipe 2: French-style meat with mushrooms and pickled onions in the oven

Pickled onions give French meat and mushrooms a special flavor. But you need to pickle it correctly. Onions can be used any, but it is better to take large and juicy heads.

Ingredients

• 600 g of pork;

• 2 pieces of onion;

• 250 grams of mushrooms;

• vinegar;

• butter;

• salt and other spices;

• 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

• cheese 0.2 kg.

Cooking

• 5 tomatoes;

• 300 grams of mushrooms;

• 2 onions;

• 150 grams of mayonnaise;

• 200 g of cheese;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• spices, a bit of oil

Cooking

1. Cut the washed meat with centimeter plates and gently tap with a hammer. Sprinkle with spices, rub with chopped garlic and leave it to wait in the wings.

2. Mushrooms cut into thin plates. If desired, fry a little, but can be laid in raw form.

3. Cut the onion into rings, put on a greased baking sheet.

5. Spread pieces of pickled mushrooms on the meat. The amount is approximate, you can increase to your taste.

6. Chop the garlic with parsley finely, combine with mayonnaise.

7. Put on the mushrooms a little of the resulting sauce.

8. Three cheese and send for meat.

• 700 grams of meat;

• 300 grams of pineapple;

• 300 grams of fresh champignons;

• 200 grams of cheese;

• 150 grams of mayonnaise;

1. Take a cup of water, add vinegar, you can pepper, stir. The marinade should turn out well acidic.

2. Cut the onion into rings, dip in the marinade. Keep at least half an hour.

3. While the onion is pickled, cut the meat, beat and grease with soy sauce, sprinkle with spices.

4. We cut the mushrooms in plates, sprinkle with salt, pepper, add mayonnaise and mix gently with our hands, try not to damage the slices.

5. On a greased baking sheet we lay a layer of onion, pieces of meat on it.

6. We put mushrooms in mayonnaise on meat.

7. We fill it with cheese, then immediately send it to the oven. Bring to readiness at 200 degrees.

French-style meat with mushrooms in the oven - tips and tricks

• Do you need to coat the layers with mayonnaise? The easiest way is to make a hole in the bag and squeeze out a thin mesh. If the sauce is in the jar, then you can transfer it to a regular bag.

• Fried mushrooms are much more aromatic than raw mushrooms. Also, when frying, they lose excess moisture, which in baked dishes is useless.

• If beef is used for meat in French, then after beating slices, you can grate them with softened butter. The dish will turn out much more tender.

• Mayonnaise is a very high-calorie and far from healthy product. In many recipes, it can be safely replaced with sour cream or fatty yogurt.
