Daily skin cycles

Every day of our life is subject to a certain rhythm - there is a time for work and entertainment, moments when you want to create and hours meant for rest. Surely, many people noticed that, once in this rhythm, you can manage to do a lot more useful things and intuitively find the right moment for certain tasks. The skin also has its own schedule of activities and, knowing about these features, you can correctly make a course of care for it.

Awakening - from 5 to 7 hours

Early in the morning you don't want to wake up to anyone, even your skin. It is still moving away from the night cycle of recovery and regeneration, the pores are closed, the circulatory system is not working at full power. Wake up lazy with a contrast wash, cold compress or rubbing with ice cubes. Rosy cheeks will give a signal that you can proceed to further procedures.

Breakfast - from 8 to 10 hours

It's time to feed the skin with nutrients and drink water. It is at this time that she is ready to take moisturizing and nourishing creams, as well as an additional “dessert” in the form of a make-up foundation that protects the face from draining, dust and soaking of cosmetic products.

The height of the working day - from 11 to 12 hours

Towards noon, the chin, forehead, and nose can acquire an unpleasant shine. It is the labor force of the sebaceous glands, producing skin secretion. In order not to look like a fat pancake, use matting antibacterial tonics and sprays that can be sprayed directly on top of the makeup.

Afternoon rest - from 13 to 17 hours

During the hours of the afternoon, the skin receives less nutrients due to a decrease in pressure in the vessels. It becomes pale and lifeless and needs additional support in the form of a gel with aloe juice or lotions containing vitamins.

Relaxation and rest - from 18 to 20 hours

After a hard, busy day, your skin deserved a little attention and care. Treat her to a good massage with aromatic oil, gentle peeling, natural masks based on natural clay, eggs, honey or medicinal mud, because it is during these hours that the skin is most susceptible to such procedures.

Getting ready for bed - from 21 to 23 hours

Closer to night, the metabolic processes in the skin slowly stop, she is preparing to go into regeneration mode, produce collagen and elastin, and restore superficial damage. Night creams will help her in this. They must be applied no later than midnight.
