Meatballs and similar meat dishes are found in cuisines of many nations. Meatballs can be baked, fried, stewed, cooked with various fillings and served with a variety of sauces. What unites these dishes is that they are very satisfying and, as a result, are popular. Very often, cooking at home for children, housewives are looking for recipes that would be most useful. Meatballs cooked in a slow cooker without prior frying will meet the expectations of the most demanding mothers who support healthy eating. The meat balls are stewed with vegetables in the sauce and are very tender and aromatic.

Ingredients:

Stuffing - 300-400 g;

Rice - 0.5 cups;

Carrots - 1 piece;

Onions - 0.5 large onions;

Tomato paste - 100 g;

Sour cream - 100 g;

Salt, pepper - to taste.

Recipe:

First, prepare the rice. It needs to be boiled until half cooked. Regular rice needs to be poured with two parts of water, salt, bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes, if you chose steamed rice, then it will take 5-7 minutes to cook. Drain the semi-finished rice and cool a little.

Choosing minced meat for meatballs, you can take one sort of meat or combine 2-3, for example, chicken and pork. You can buy it ready or grind meat yourself - the choice is yours. Add the finely chopped or grated onion to the minced meat, salt and season with spices that we choose to our taste.

Mix the minced meat and rice. In order to make the product coupling better, beat the minced meat on a cutting board for several minutes. The basis for meatballs is ready.

Let's have a refueling. To do this, mix sour cream with tomato paste and add a little more than half a glass of water.

We clean the carrots, wash them and chop them: you can either cut them into strips or rub them on a coarse grater. We spread half the carrot on the bottom of the multicooker bowl.

Roll meatballs from minced meat - balls 5-6 cm in size - and put them on a pillow of carrots.

On top of the meatballs, lay out the remaining carrot.

Pour the meatballs with sour cream and tomato sauce. It is not necessary that the fill covers them completely. Even if the liquid will half cover the meatballs, they will be perfectly extinguished.

We put the "Extinguishing" mode on the multicooker, cook for at least 45-50 minutes.
