Baked pink salmon rolls

Hot pita rolls in this version are not quite an ordinary dish. It is cooked with raw fish. Pink salmon is indicated here, but can be replaced with salmon or other types of salmon. For the base, you need two sheets of pita bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg fillet of pink salmon;
  • 1 bunch of dill;
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • 2 sheets of Armenian pita bread;
  • 1 tsp honey;
  • 2 tsp dried herbs;
  • 1 tbsp. l mustard;
  • 170 g of cheese;
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 0.5 tsp salt.

Cooking method

  1. Cut the fish fillet into 0.5 cm thick slices. Sprinkle with two tablespoons of lemon juice, add a spoonful of olive oil, pepper. Leave to marinate.
  2. Chop fresh herbs, just grate the cheese.
  3. Spread a sheet of pita bread in front of you, grease with two tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with dried herbs. Cover with a second cake so that the edges coincide.
  4. We lay out the pieces of fish on pita bread, step back from the edges to cut them off later. Sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Twist the roll. Cut off the empty parts.
  5. We cut the roll across the slices (2.5-3 cm). We spread on a covered with foil and greased baking sheet. We have a slice up.
  6. Combine the remaining olive oil with mustard, add honey and lemon juice. Grind. Lubricate the rolls with the cooked dressing. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

You can sprinkle such rolls on top with grated cheese, but use a small amount only for the appearance of a beautiful crust.

Tartlets "Mosaic"

An interesting version of a fish snack. We take large tartlets, since the fillings will turn out quite a lot. At the heart of a red fish. You can take salmon, trout or more affordable pink salmon. Mayonnaise is used for dressing. You can mix in half with sour cream or white yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 250 g salted fish;
  • 2 processed cheese;
  • 2 cucumbers;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 25-30 tartlets;
  • salt, mayonnaise.

Cooking method

  1. Eggs need to be boiled. Cheese is sent to the freezer, let it solidify a little. Then, together with peeled eggs, we rub or simply finely chop, as we like more.
  2. We clean the cucumbers. If they are large, then one is enough. We cut into small cubes.
  3. We remove the skin from the fish, remove the seeds, cut the fillet into cubes larger than the cucumber. This ingredient should stand out against the background.
  4. We season it all with mayonnaise and try it. If necessary, then introduce salt. If desired, add fragrant pepper.
  5. We fill tartlets with fish salad, use greens for decoration, you can stick an olive in the center or a flower twisted from a cucumber slice.

If you want a chic appetizer, then put a little red caviar on top of the salad. For this number of tartlets, you only need one tablespoon, but how it will change the idea of ​​the dish!

Sushi Cake

Snack cake will decorate the table and will certainly delight you with taste. For cooking, you need slightly salted salmon or another red fish. We take round Japanese rice, cook in the same way as for the rolls. Indicated amount of boiled rice.

Ingredients

  • 150 g of cottage cheese;
  • 400 g of boiled rice for sushi;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 300 g salted fish;
  • 1 tbsp. l vinegar
  • 1 sheet of nori;
  • 1 tsp Sahara.

Cooking method

  1. For the cake we take a shape of 25 by 25 cm. We cover it with cling film. Sheets of nori with finely chopped scissors. We cut the fish into thin plates. We also shred a fresh cucumber, you can use a vegetable knife.
  2. We spread the fish on the film, completely cover the entire bottom of the form. We send half the cheese to it. It is convenient to squeeze it through a pastry bag.
  3. Now there are cucumber plates. We cover them with the remaining curd cheese.
  4. Take apple or special Japanese vinegar, dissolve sugar in it and pour into hot rice. Stir, cool to room temperature, add nori.
  5. We spread the rice with the last layer, level it. We cover the cake with a package, put a little oppression.
  6. We stand in the refrigerator for an hour. Then we remove the film, cover the form with a dish, sharply turn the cake over. He does not need decoration, but it is possible to squeeze flowers out of a wasabi.

If you need to cook a large snack cake, then you can repeat the layers of food twice. We change the additives at will. With shrimp, caviar, avocado, it also turns out delicious.

Shrimp and Orange Salad "Delicious"

Shrimps can be added to crab salad, Greek, make sandwiches or tartlets with them, but it’s better to cook something new. Refined and bright salad will become a table decoration.

Ingredients

  • 50 g sesame;
  • 30 boiled shrimp;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 oranges;
  • 2 tsp soy sauce;
  • 1 tsp honey;
  • 1 bunch of salad;
  • 0.5 lemons.

Cooking method

  1. Peel all slices of oranges from the films. Separately collect the draining juice. Shrimp just boil. Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
  2. Mix the collected orange juice with lemon juice, honey, add soy sauce and garlic.
  3. Fry sesame seeds in a pan. Do not overexpose, bring to a golden color.
  4. Pour a bunch of salad onto a flat dish. Arrange peeled slices of oranges.
  5. Roll boiled shrimp in fried sesame seeds, put on top. Sprinkle salad dressing.

This salad can be prepared with any seafood and even a mixed cocktail. With fried shrimp, it is also excellent.

Squid with shrimp mousse

A delicious recipe for stuffed squid. The snack is hearty, unusual, but easy to prepare. Shrimp you can choose the smallest.

Ingredients

  • 1 large squid;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • 100 g peeled shrimp;
  • 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise;
  • salt.

Cooking method

  1. Scald and peel squid. Boil for a minute in boiling water, do not forget to salt. Cool.
  2. Boil shrimp too. If they are already ready and frozen, then just let it thaw. Then shift to a blender.
  3. Add the grated cheese, mayonnaise. Beat with shrimp until smooth.
  4. We stuff the squid. We stab the hole with a toothpick, cool for 3-4 hours, cut before serving.
