onion - 4 heads;

flour - 30 g.

1. Pass fresh meat through a meat grinder or take ready-made pork and ground beef. Pepper it, salt and mix well.

2. Measure out the required amount of rice cereal. Wash it well under running water and boil until half cooked.

3. Combine minced meat with boiled rice and mix.

4. Peel the onion, apple and carrot. Chop the onion finely. Coarse the carrots and apple. Add half the vegetables and an apple to the minced meat. Beat the egg, pour into the minced meat and knead it well with your hands. Take a little and form small balls out of it.
